Some carrier PDFs and phone photographs of paperwork contain no machine-readable text at all, and a document that can’t be read can’t be analyzed. Step 2 extracts every file and shows you the characters recovered from each one before payment is taken. If nothing readable comes out, checkout is blocked and you aren’t charged.
